Refund policy

Our policy for returns, refund and cancellation will be as follows :

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

We process refunds within 24-72 hours after receiving the request. If 7 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or a exchange.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
